On-site auditing of campus buildings, assessed audited features to building codes and standards (matrix), then reported observations and recommendations.
Independently developed a scalable audit-to-matrix system that uses a primary-key-linked database of building codes and measurements; results cut per-building matrix assessment time from ~32-40 hrs to ~8-16 hrs. A 60-75% time reduction was critical to meet the requirements of ~90 campus buildings.
